I am going to be coaching you through this implementation for the next two weeks. That means I will be available on Slack to answer questions, talk through decisions, review your team plans, and generally help you not feel lost while everything changes around you. I usually charge $4,000 per month for this kind of consulting. You are getting it for free during the engagement.
There is no hidden agenda. I am not building toward an upsell. If down the line you want to share your experience as a testimonial or a referral, I would appreciate it, but it is not a requirement. Help is help.
The other thing I want to say is that I know spending money on this is uncomfortable. You have built every dollar of revenue yourself, and paying someone else feels like losing ground even when the math says you are gaining. I respect that feeling. It is the natural reaction of a founder who got here without help.
The only thing worth saying is that growth always costs something upfront. The version of you who crosses $50k per month is not the version who is afraid of investments. That shift happens by going through the discomfort, not around it.

Before I can build anything, I need access to a few tools. Please take care of this within the first 24 hours so we do not lose momentum on Week 1.
Invite my email ([email protected]) to your Notion workspace as an Admin. Me and my team will be building the entire structure inside your existing workspace, so I need full admin permissions to create databases, set up automations, and manage permissions for your team.
Slack works in two parts.
I need admin access so I can create the right channels, integrate the Notion automations, and configure team notifications properly.
